Every piano is inspected, tuned, and regulated before delivery to make sure everything is perfect.  You can start enjoying your piano right away!

It will take your piano a few weeks to settle into its new environment. It is common for a piano’s tuning to change during this time, although most people will not notice the difference.

Still, we’re here to help make sure your piano is perfect. Following delivery, we will schedule a free follow-up service visit in your home. Our factory-trained technicians will inspect the entire piano – including the thousands of action parts and hundreds of strings – to make sure everything is working right – and tune the piano again.
